It is absolute a natural pigment abstracted from the dry fleshy tap root of raw Daucus carota by modern biotechnology.Widely used in noodles, butterine, shortening, beverage, cold drink, cakes, biscuits, bread, candy, health-care food, etc as orange coloring and nutrition hardening agent.
